Unicorn Childrens Foundation is partnering with Lynn University in bringing an educational conference to the community, Transitions 2011: Options Beyond High School. The conference will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011 on the Lynn University campus in Boca Raton. If you have a child in middle or high school that has a developmental, communication, or learning disorder or you provide academic or therapeutic support to these individuals, this is a conference for you. Transitions 2011 will explore options after high school for individuals affected by developmental and learning challenges.
